Joe Mansell has 18 years experience in Driving Tuition. He is a fully Qualified Driving Instructor, & teaches the full DSA syllabus.
We understand that times are difficult for everyone at the moment. People will always look for the best price, but please be aware that with Driving Instruction cheap is not always the best.

Our lesson price is inclusive of :-
One to One Tuition in a dual controlled vehicle, Instruction to the highest standard, Petrol, & Diagrams to take home and study.
On your first lesson with Joe after your licence & eyesight is checked, your Driving Skills will be assessed at the side of the Road (not in a car park).
If you have never driven before he will explain-
The controls of the car that are relevant at that time
Clutch control
Move off & Stop
Changing Gear
He will constantly talk you through the driving skills as you drive on the road,
& if you acquire these skills quickly then you will probably begin steering left turns.
Please be aware that your Driving skills will be assessed and on your 1st Driving Lesson you will drive on the road, unless there is a severe problem with your steering abilities that needs to be addressed on an empty car park. We have had a number of new clients that have come to us from other instructors/companies claiming they have spent the best part of the first couple of hours driving on a car park/ discussing what is under the bonnet/ being shown a Sat Nav of the areas that will be covered in further Driving Lessons (etc. the list goes on!). This will not happen on your first lesson with Joe, he will use a car park at some stage as part of your tuition to teach Bay Parking, and you will also be shown what is under the bonnet at a later stage as part of the ‘Show & Tell’ section to the Driving Test.
It is recommended by the DSA that learners have 42 hours of Instruction with a Qualified instructor PLUS 22 hour’s private practise. This may not always be the case, as everyone learns at a different pace and may already have had practise with a family member. Joe will assess you as your lessons progress & decide whether you are ready for the Driving Test.
